Pay It Monthly – Terms & Conditions

By choosing to use Pay It Monthly to finance your treatments at Your Favourite skin clinic LTD, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Finance is available to clients aged 18 or over, who are UK residents with a valid ID and UK bank account.
- Applications are subject to a soft credit check by Pay It Monthly.
- To have a valid UK telephone number and email address
- Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Pay It Monthly.
2. Finance Amount
- You can spread payments on treatments up to £3,000.
- Minimum amount eligible for finance is £300.
- The maximum repayment period is 12 months.
3. Treatments Covered
- Finance can be used on all eligible non-medical treatments offered at our clinic.
- Packages, courses, and single sessions are included.
- Products and retail purchases are not eligible for Pay It Monthly.
4. Payment Terms
- Monthly repayments are made directly to Pay It Monthly via Direct Debit.
- You are responsible for ensuring timely monthly payments according to your agreed plan.
- If payments are missed or fail, Pay It Monthly may charge a late payment fee and it may impact your credit rating.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once a finance agreement is in place, your deposit is non-refundable.
- If you choose to cancel your treatment, refunds will only be issued in accordance with our clinic’s refund policy and are subject to administrative fees.
- Any refund issued will be processed via Pay It Monthly and may take up to 10 working days.
6. Treatment Scheduling
- Treatments may only commence once the Pay It Monthly agreement has been confirmed and the initial deposit (if applicable) is received.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in additional charges and affect your treatment plan.
7. Disputes
- Any disputes regarding payments, terms, or technical issues must be taken up with Pay It Monthly directly.
- Your Favourite skin clinic LTD is not responsible for the approval, payment collection, or account management of your finance agreement.
Important Notes
- We recommend reviewing all terms carefully with Pay It Monthly before committing to a plan.
- Finance agreements are legally binding contracts between you and Pay It Monthly.
